Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from HJS Apps (the software arm of HJS Solutions). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Products

HJS Apps sells digital software extensions and tools delivered as downloads. Each product page states the platform and version it is tested against. It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your own store before purchasing.

2. Licence

On purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on stores you own or operate, in line with the licence supplied with the product (the HJS End User Licence Agreement). You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the software.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods offered. Your download is made available once payment is confirmed.

4. Downloads and delivery

Products are delivered digitally to your account — see Delivery Information. You are responsible for downloading and keeping a copy of the files you purchase.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Because our products are digital and available immediately, by completing a purchase and downloading you agree that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download has begun, to the extent permitted by law. If a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you cannot download it, contact us and we will repair the issue or, where we cannot, provide a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Support

We provide installation assistance and defect support for the OpenCart version each product is advertised against. Theme-specific restyling and bespoke development are not included unless agreed separately.

7. Liability

We take care to test our products, but to the extent permitted by law HJS Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Always back up your store files and database before installing any extension.
